Emma is an experienced Sales Operations leader & Growth Strategist supporting growing companies to scale. Emma has spent much of her career working in sales and strategy with new companies and startups. She is passionate about helping companies achieve their business goals and is especially driven to help women-led companies gain traction and visibility.

Apart from Heredia Vision, Emma has spent her career working with older adults and in the age-tech space. She has her Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Aging. During the 2020 pandemic, she worked with Seniorly and Heredia Vision to line produce and create a 26-episode season of the series CURTAIN UP!- a live variety show for senior citizens and senior communities around the country.
